What does APTRYK do?
We’re a software company built around applied AI. We help you decide what to build, build it properly, and keep it running and improving. That spans web platforms, web and mobile apps, internal systems such as CRMs and client portals, integrations between the tools you already use, and applied AI. Most projects bring several together.
Where do most clients start?
With one clear piece of work, priced up front: an AI front desk that answers and books calls around the clock, a client portal for updates, documents and invoices, or a website where every enquiry lands in your systems. A monthly care plan keeps it running. Bigger projects are scoped the same way.
How is pricing structured?
Projects are priced up front and agreed in writing before work starts. Payment terms are set in each agreement, usually a deposit to start and the rest by milestone or at launch. Ongoing care is a monthly plan, billed in advance. An estimate is a guide; the price is final once the statement of work is signed.
Who owns the work?
You own what we build for you once it’s paid: the code, designs and documentation, and your accounts and data. The tools and platform underneath are what let us build quickly and affordably, so those stay ours, and you get a licence to use them in your system, as the agreement sets out. It’s all in writing before we start.
How do you handle our data and security?
Your data is used only for your project. It’s encrypted in transit and stored with Cloudflare, access is per person, and sensitive actions are logged. We never use your data to train AI models, and before launch we document where it’s stored and which services, including any AI providers, process it.
Do we need technical staff?
No. Most clients don't have an engineering team. We explain decisions in plain language, and handover includes training and documentation for the people who will run the system.
Do you use AI to do the work?
Yes, where it makes the work faster and better, like any good tool. A person on our team designs it, checks it and answers for it. We don’t use your data to train AI models, and we choose AI providers whose business terms don’t allow it either.
What happens after launch?
You get documentation and training for the people who run the system. Most clients keep a monthly care plan for updates, fixes and small changes; it’s optional, and the system is yours either way.
